RPH Therapies, based in Midhurst, West Sussex is a practice run by Robert Harris that offers Reiki therapy and breathing therapy privately.
Robert is a qualified CPCAB breathwork coach and holds a Level 1 and 2 Degree in the Usui System of Reiki. He is a Practitioner Member of the UK Reiki Federation. He incorporates meditation throughout his practice and offers guided meditation on a 1-2-1 basis.

I live in Midhurst with my husband and naughty but nice labrador! I am qualified and insured breathwork coach and Reiki practitioner. I'm currently studying a Degree in Humanistic Counselling at Chichester University.
I've been drawn to both Reiki and breathwork having been on my own therapeutic journey and have since wanted to offer what I've learnt, to others who may be currently working through personal challenges, stresses or strains.
Although originally a sceptic of especially Reiki therapy, I can honestly say both these therapies have been a huge help during challenging times when I have just needed to take a pause. Breathwork exercises have improved my sleep, controlled those angry stressful moments and Reiki and meditation have been a great way to bring some balance back into my body. I hope the treatments I can now offer can benefit you in the same way.
