RPH Therapies, based in Midhurst, West Sussex is a new practice set up by Robert Harris that offers Reiki therapy and breathing therapy privately.
Robert is a qualified CPCAB breathwork coach and holds a Level 1 and 2 Degree in the Usui System of Reiki and is an Associate Member of the UK Reiki Federation.

Robert lives in Midhurst with his husband and naughty but nice labrador! He is a qualified breathwork coach and student Reiki practitioner. He is currently studying a Degree in Humanistic Counselling at Chichester University.
He has been drawn to both Reiki and breathwork having been on his own therapeutic journey and has since wanted to offer what he's learnt, to others who may be currently working through personal challenges, stresses or strains.
"Although originally a sceptic of especially Reiki therapy, I can honestly say both these therapies have been a huge help during challenging times when I have just needed to take a pause. Breathwork exercises have improved my sleep, controlled those angry stressful moments and Reiki and meditation have been a great way to bring some balance back into my body.
