Hello, I'm Rob

I know how hard it can be to look for a counsellor — I've done it myself, as a client, long before I trained as one. So I'll keep this simple.

What I offer is a completely private annexe overlooking the South Downs, or a secure session from your own sofa, and fifty minutes a week that belong entirely to you. No advice. No judgement. No fixing, because you're not broken.

I work with trauma, anxiety, identity and the things that for you maybe don't have a name yet, for people in Midhurst, Petworth, Chichester, Haslemere, Petersfield and beyond — and online, wherever you are. Learn more below.
