Counselling in the heart of the South Downs

I know how hard it can be to look for a counsellor — I've done it myself, as a client, long before I trained as one. So I'll keep this simple.

What I offer is my completely private therapy room in Midhurst overlooking the South Downs and fifty minutes a week that belong entirely to you. Maybe you're hoping for answers, some practical way to fix what's going wrong and that's a completely fair place to start — but often, what actually helps is something you didn't expect: space to think clearly, without anyone telling you what to do.

I work with trauma, anxiety, identity, relationships, bereavement and the things that you maybe don't have a name for yet. I'm based in Midhurst and see clients from Petworth, Chichester, Haslemere, Petersfield and beyond — and online, wherever you are.
